Now grab the iron bar from the position directly above to your shoulder, make a perfect grip, spread your legs and rest your feet on the floor. You are ready to start the rep, pull the bar with your hands to lift your chest upto the bar, maintain your wrist and spine to be stable during the whole workout, also balance your body with the help of your feet. 6. Bent-Over Barbell Rows

Now hold the barbell with your hands, make a grip over it. Bend your knees in such a way that your torso are quite lower and your hips should form a curve. This will be your starting posture, now pull the bar upward slowly until it touches your upper abs, also contract your shoulders towards each other during this pulling process. Pause for a while and then slowly get into your starting posture by lowering the bar.

7. Bent-Over Dumbbell Alternating Row


Bent-Over Dumbbell Alternating Row is the best and effective workout for each muscles and traps of the body, mainly this workout is also designed for building upper back muscles. This exercise is slightly different from other exercises, as it is not all about pulling heavy weight, so have the lightweight exercise with your focus on your back.  Let’s get started!


How To DO: For doing this workout, all you need is a dumbbell, nothing else. Hold a pair of dumbbell in your hands, now bend down your knees in such a manner that your hips get quite curved, and also lower down your torso and make it parallel to the floor. Keep your feet in such a way that it should be width apart from the shoulder, this will be your starting position. Hang one of your hand in a rest position along with a dumbbell, and lift the other hand to your upper side, pause for a while at the top and slowly bring it back to the initial stage. Repeat the whole procedure with the second hand, keeping the other hand in the rest state.

8. Bent-Over Underhand Barbell Row / T Bar Row


Bent-over Underhand Barbell Row is all different from the above move so don’t be confuse, they have the similar name but they are not familiar with each other. This exercise has its major effect on your rhomboids, upper traps and also helps in improving the spinal cord. Due to large amount of daily works, our traps and shoulder muscles get weak, with the help of this workout we are going to improve our posture, backbone problems.


How To DO: Grab a barbell without any of the heavy weight present in it, you can hold it without weight at the beginning. Make a grip on the bar, now bend your knees along with lowering down your torso and make them parallel to the ground, this will be your starting position. Now pull the bar towards your upper abs and also contract your shoulder during pulling, pause for a while, now get back to the starting position slowly.

9. Seated Cable Row


Seated cable workout is usually made for upper back exercise and has its effects on upper traps, shoulders etc and also helps in muscle gain. All this exercise is to increase your gain and strength. Gaining muscles is also important because an unstable shoulder is a sign of weakness in the body. All this exercise include3s bench press and arm curl.   • Pull-ups: This is quite similar to chin-ups, only you have to hold a bar with an overhand grip of your hands and keeping shoulder wider.
  • Start and Stop pull-ups: All that you have to do is to perform normal pull-ups, after reaching upward, bring yourself down slowly and stop at the halfway. Pull your chest upwards from the halfway stage and presents releasing all your body down slowly.
  • Iso pull-ups: You have to perform a normal pull-ups, hold your chin all above the bar for 10 seconds or more. Perform several reps of this workout as it is the most effective pull-up
